Supermarkt Studios
The Supermarkt Studios are just down the street and offer workspaces for individuals as well as small teams from the Brunnenviertel. We care about diversity too: live-streaming experts work together with coffee-contractors, designers, cultural managers and lawyers. The 4 two-storey studios represent all in all a common resource center. Working space, services, and workshop/conference rooms can be used in a shared form. This is how we make it possible for smaller companies to establish themselves without undergoing a considerably high financial effort.
Our rooms can be used for working, workshops, presentations, meetings and bigger events. Depending on your needs we can provide you our different Studios for a short term, a long term, a few hours or days. We do have as well an offer for those who prefer to do home working or work abroad but still need an office address and it's corresponding infrastructure in Berlin. We offer 4 two-storey studios with mezzanines and wide window fronts. Each studio is around 100 m2, equipped with high quality furniture, artworks and cozy spaces to sit and relax. The architecture of the space is mind-blowing - the 1970s are waiting for you!
We offer the following options:
• STARTER: Flexible desk, access from 9-19 hrs during weekdays, high-speed internet, water dispenser flat, reduced rate for the conference room (12€/hour) for 150,00 €/ month*
• BASIC: Permanent desk, storage option, 24/7 access, high-speed internet, b/w printing, water dispenser flat, reduced rate for the conference room (12€/hour) for 200,00 €/ month*
• BASIC PLUS: Permanent gallery desk with storage option, 24/7 access, high-speed internet, electricity, b/w printing, water dispenser flat, website presence, usage of the conference room 4h/month for 250,00 €/ month*
• FULL SERVICE: Permanent gallery desk with storage option, 24/7 access, high-speed internet, electricity, b/w printing, water dispenser flat, scanner, fax, telephone (within Germany), copies, mail address, enterprise logo at the entrance door, website presence, usage of the conference room 2h/week from 300,00 €/ month*

When you rent space at the Studios, you get more than just a desk: you get access to different people, opportunities and experiences. But what else does one need to work independently? Financial consultancy, a lawyer to look over a contract or even a live video streaming or technical advice? Whatever you need, the Supermarkt Studios act as a decentralised agency where freelancers can work on individual projects or together under a common name.
