In the project design workshop you will deal with this critical approach and other issues around the theme “new methods of productive culture design. Together with your coach you can edit all elements of the agile project design and experience how to optimally benefit in project design of a critical approach to cultural management and new methods and issues.

Culture Labs should be available for a dynamic, experimental and critical cultural development and contribute with provocative, playful and thoughtful projects to future-oriented changes.

Through our program, our activities and training, coaching and networking exciting projects we want to contribute that artists and Cultural Producers will make distinctive and thought-provoking experiences and will be able to cope with extraordinary projects.

The workshops are for Cultural Producers and Cultural Workers , artists, thinkers , “project tigers”, culture administrators , teachers, digital natives , digital immigrants , which want to make visions and plans for the future in new cultural projects the 21st Century and want to use effective, appropriate methods such as project design, solution focus, appreciative inquiry and new forms of organization. The CLB is looking for people wanting to network on a European level.

The workshops are suitable for culture -makers who want to learn how go on off the beaten paths and want to deal with new content, features and advancements and learn new options. The workshops give you steps to ensure your personal project development, for effective communication and for directing teams in a communicative environment project through motivation , competence and charisma. The Culture Lab Berlin is your personal coaching zone and networking agency.

About Prof. Herwig Pöschl
In the last 20 years he has advised as “Project Whisperer” more 800 cultural projects in 60 countries and helped to establish professional careers. He conducted his own projects in EU programs (Leonardo, Marie Curie research, DG Culture DGX) developed and advised cultural organizations and worked as a longer-term president of the European Network for Cultural Administration Centres (ENCATC). After 20 years of cultural management in MA and MBA courses Herwig Pöschl knows the possibilities and limits of the genre. He currently is visiting professor of project management at the Universitaria Scuola della Svizzera italiana professional (SUPSI) and implement there the new ways of project design in real life projects of the participants, mainly realized in Ticino. He is a lecturer and scientific director of the “Corso di CRPC XVIII Perfezionamento by Progetti di Responsabile Culturali, Turin – Berlin.

For cancellations up to three weeks before the start of the workshops are no costs. 50% of the course fee will be calculated for short-term cancellations (20-4 days prior to the workshop). Cancelled participation 1-3 days prior to the workshop, count as non-participation. In these cases, we provide 100% of the participation fee. Seminar cancellation policy: The Culture Lab Berlin reserves to cancel workshops, due to an insufficient number of participants or preventio the speakers – even at short notice.
